- go to:WP-Client -> portals -> File Sharing
- click “upload new files”
- fill out description of files to be uploaded
- choose category
- add relevant tags
- assign to relevant clients and/or client groups
- client groups are useful for company-wide documents such as terms and services, insurance policy changes, or any other document that would need to be provided to all clients
- optionally notify client that there is a new document they can access
- choose files to upload and label (optional) them
- click “Start Upload” to complete the process
This method allows for single or bulk upload of documents.
