Quality Manager

A member of the Scientific Design Senior Staff with specific accountability for the Quality System.

Defines, Documents, and Executes Quality Management processes to ensure continuous improvement of the quality management system, catalyst quality, and customer experiences. Measures and reports process performance based on Quality KPI’s (FPQ, CPK, Maintain Budget, etc.)

Leadership and Accountability to manage Quality System to include; Catalyst Processing/Approval, Customer Experience, ISO Program and process interfaces within Scientific Design including: Supply Chain, Operations, Product Management, Logistics, R&D, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Technical Service, IT, EHS, Equipment and Engineering.

The scope of work to include raw materials, catalyst process, testing, final approval, shipment to customer, customer experience.
