SD manufactures SynDox at its site in Little Ferry. SynDane and SynDol are toll manufactured for SD at alternate locations. SD will continue to invest in expanded capacity and new manufacturing technology to meet market demands. All SD catalysts are manufactured in ISO 9001-2000 certified facilities.

SD manufactures all catalysts to stringent quality control to ensure the highest level of performance. This begins with tight specifications for all raw materials. Throughout the manufacturing processes, strict controls are used, and there is lot traceability for every order. Weekly production is tested in laboratory reactors to ensure quality control. Finally, each order is tested prior to shipping to re-confirm that the order will meet client expectations. Performance guarantees are provided with each order with penalties for failure to meet these guarantees.
